Share your PPD Experience on Author & Consultant Jarod Bormann's website:

Professionally Driven

Sharing is split into two parts - your in district share, or Redhawk Talk, and your outside of district share.

Redhawk Talk (In District Share)

Your 'Redhawk Talk' is a 5 minute share of your work at our monthly Personalized PD opening. What is a ‘Redhawk Talk’? This is where you will briefly share out your learning with the staff. Think of it as a movie or book trailer, something quick to spark interest in your topic. You will also record your Redhawk Talk. The video recording will be uploaded to our digital PD library for North Tama staff to access as an additional resource.

Please schedule a Redhawk Talk time slot on the Google Calendar. Please include your name and topic in the appointment title.

Let your PPD coach know if you need help.  You can view scheduled Redhawk Talks and and Foundation Forum topics anytime on the Google Calendars, located under the Redhawk Talk tab.

Outside of District Share

As a professionally driven educator, we ask you to share with others, outside of North Tama School District. You can find options for sharing on the Sharing - Checklist for Completion or check out the Blogging & Conferencing Resources linked for you on this page.

Your Personalized PD coach can assist you with either planning for your conference presentation or helping you set up your blog.

Be sure to document your plan for Sharing in your Google Doc.
